FROM BRYAN BOULEVARD AND PIEDMONT TRIAD INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT USING GREENSBORO’S NEW URBAN LOOP
If you are traveling from Greensboro toward the airport, follow Bryan Boulevard west toward PTI Airport. If you are traveling from PTI, take Bryan Boulevard East (right turn on Bryan Boulevard) Take the I-40 West to Winston Salem exit Road which connects Bryan Blvd directly onto I-40 West – Winston Salem. Exit at the I-40 Gallimore Dairy Road (Exit 211), take a left on Gallimore Dairy Road across I-40 south toward High Point. Turn right at the first stoplight on Airpark Rd into the Airpark East business park. Pass straight through the first traffic circle; (which is the second right turn around the circle). Follow the road to the second traffic circle and go halfway around it, you will see the sign for building 7025; the tallest building in the complex, and parking is available in front of and behind the building. The building now has a sign in front saying Volvo Financial Services; we are on the third floor.
FROM WINSTON-SALEM AND WEST I-40
Take the NC 68/Piedmont Triad International Airport exit (#210). Continue straight off the exit, crossing over NC 68 onto Albert Pick Rd. Follow directions below (from Albert Pick Rd.).
FROM HIGH POINT
Take NC 68 North towards Greensboro. Turn right on Albert Pick Rd., which is the stoplight immediately prior to I-40. Follow directions below (from Albert Pick Rd)
FROM I-40 EAST AND BURLINGTON
Take the I-40 Gallimore Dairy Road exit (Exit 211), and at the top of the exit ramp take a left on Gallimore Dairy Road across I-40 south toward High Point. Turn right at the first stoplight on Airpark Rd into the Airpark East business park. Pass straight through the first traffic circle; (which is the second right turn around the circle). Follow the road to the second traffic circle and go halfway around it, you will see the sign for building 7025; the building is at a diagonal to the left, and parking is available in front of and behind the building. The building now has a sign in front saying Volvo Financial Services; we are on the third floor.
FROM ALBERT PICK RD.
From the Intersection at NC 68; pass through the light at Regional Rd, you will pass a McDonald’s restaurant and several businesses on your right and I-40 will run parallel on your left. Immediately after the speed limit sign (approximately 1/2 mile), turn right into the Airpark East business park. Follow the road to the traffic circle, go halfway around it and you will see the sign for building 7025. Go straight into the parking lot.
The PTP offices are located on the third floor of 7025 Albert Pick Rd in suite 303. The building is a six-story office building with a rotunda on the front of the building. The building now has a sign in front saying Volvo Financial Services; we are on the third floor. From time to time the PTP also hosts meetings in the large conference room, suite 304 (the Triad Room), also on the third floor.
The Piedmont Triad Film Commission and the North Carolina Department of Commerce - Piedmont Triad office are co-located with the PTP in suite 303.
